Hanging with Mommy in the hospital after her back surgery. She was such a good little girl. She spend the night with me so I could continue to nurse her... considering I was checked every two hours and then she was awake to nurse she was fabulous! Such a trooper.

Lost her belly button scab Saturday morning September 19. I wanted to cry. LOL
That's right... you can read correctly... LOL
Shortly after getting to the hospital... Thursday the 27th around 11:30 pm... I had probably been in labor all day and didn't realize it. At 6:20pm I felt a contraction that I thought was worth noting the time... and I progressed from there. As you can tell this is before the contractions started to get too strong... LOL... I'm still smiling.
This is during a contraction... I couldn't sit still. I was on the "birthing ball" most of the night and into the morning. I also used the tub 3 different times but the third time was really short as I felt I needed to start pushing... it was crazy!! I can't believe how fast the time went by.

Daddy admiring his little girl!! He was such a trooper through the whole thing. I'm one lucky lady to have found such a wonderful man!! A huge thank you also needs to be said for my sister Becky who was there and helped me through this wonderful event as well as my really good friend Kelly! They were all amazing during my labor and delivery and post... To the nurses and midwives who were there to assist me... they were AWESOME!!!
